The Kalamansi (or Calamansi or Calamondin) is a little-known fruit that is somewhat of a cross between a tangerine and a kumquat, with a very citrusy flavor - sweet, acidic and a bit bitter. Boiron selects only the ripest of the Kalamansi fruit to make its puree, ensuring a great flavor, consistent texture and beautiful color. Use it for pastries, desserts, cocktails or smoothies.
