Osetra Karat Gold Caviar – Malossol: an amber-hued Osetra caviar with bulbous, burst-in-your-mouth eggs and hints of nuttiness and salt. Osetra Karat Black Caviar – Malossol: medium to large glossy roe with a firm yet velveteen texture and robust, slightly nutty profile.
