A:These are the only available quantities for gift sets. A jar of 1 oz will be enough for around 4-6 blinis, depending on the quantity of caviar planned to be served.

A:Unopened caviar can be stored in the refrigerator for around 3 weeks. It must be kept in the coldest part of the refrigerator, never in the freezer and never on the refrigerator door shelves.
