Osetra Karat: Karat caviar is prized for its medium, dark grey to black glossy grains, that boast a firm, luxuriously smooth and buttery texture and a robust flavor with distinct notes of nuts.
Beluga Hybrid: From Italy, this Beluga and Siberian Sturgeon hybrid yields glistening pearls with a buttery, earthy flavor.
Kaluga Fusion Amber: These mild, buttery, large pearly grains come from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon crossbred with Amur sturgeon, creating this fabulous new hybrid caviar. Kaluga is strikingly similar to Beluga, with large, firm pearls and a mellow, buttery taste.
