Lumpfish Caviar

The eggs from the Lumpfish of the North Sea deliver a nice crunchy pop, with a pretty red or black color and a salty flavor. Dyed red or black, lumpfish roe can be a little salty, but stands quite nicely with other ingredients and in recipes like caviar dip or baked dishes, the dye will give them a great colorful touch.
