The great Australian Outback is the perfect place to raise and rear these Japanese breeds of Kobe cows, and the folks at Broadleaf Game know it well. Their Wagyu cows graze freely on the lush and rich pastures, then finished on grain for at least 300 days, to ensure that rich flavor. Never given any antibiotics or hormones.

Just WOW. I had my first one a couple nights ago and the taste/flavor was amazing. And I had forgotten to season it (salt & pepper only), so can only imagine how these will taste once I do that.
