Ordered this and a kurobuta rack of pork for comparison. The kurobuta pork was great, but this was much better in my opinion. Flavor was both strong and nuanced and reminded me of prosciutto. The actual pig itself appears to be much smaller though - much less meat on the bones. It's closer to what I'd expect from lamb ribs.

If I could give these ribs more than 5 stars I would. We slow cooked them in the oven and served them to friends; they were meaty, sweet, clean and fall off the bone tender. This is some of the most flavorful pork I have ever tasted. Wonderful! And worth every penny!
