Shrimp and Smoked Salmon Appetizers With Avocado Recipe

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Fill a small pot with water and 1 tbsp. of lemon juice; boil the shrimp. Reserve in the fridge.
  2. Prepare the eel sauce: bring soy sauce, white sugar and mirin sauce to a boil over medium heat. Simmer until the sauce has thickened. Reserve in the fridge or at room temperature.
  3. Cut rectangular pieces of sliced smoked salmon, about 1 inch wide.
  4. Place the mango, avocado, 2 pieces of shrimp in the middle of the smoked salmon and roll it up. Top with dill and tobacco and drizzle with eel sauce.
