A sublime composition of the smooth texture and flavor of a whole rustic duck liver, set in Aspic jelly and soaked in the distinctive Armagnac brandy from the Gascony region in Gers, France. Made by the masters of foie gras production, the French brand Rougie. Must be kept refrigerated.
Ingredients: Duck liver, aspic with Armagnac brandy (water, gelatin, Armagnac brandy), salt, sugar, pepper, ascorbic acid, sodium nitrate.

Good product. Good to let it warm up a little. However, don't let it get too warms unless you want a very soft spread.

The foie gras is delicious! Highly recommended. However, the lid is almost impossible to get off! There is tape on it, so be sure to peel that off first.
