Prima Donna Fino

A Dutch cheese made in the Italian tradition, Prima Donna cheese is a wonderful cow's milk cheese that is left to develop a great flavor. Fino is the youngest presentation of Prima Donna cheese, combining well-rounded rich nutty flavors similar to Italian parmesan - though not as salty and intense - with the firm and elastic texture of traditional Dutch cheeses. With great melting properties, Prima Donna Fino makes an excellent fondue cheese or for au gratin dishes.
