Q:is this white chocolate tempered? WOULD I BE ABLE TO USE IT FOR MAKING GANACHE
A:The Belgian White Chocolate Baking Block is tempered, however if you need to melt it, it will lose its tempered state so you will need to re-temper at the point of melting the chocolate for your own use.
This chocolate is suitable for all baking applications, including ganache.
