Pancetta

This Italian specialty is made from cured pork belly, and unlike bacon, it's only simply cured with salt and aged to develop an incredible taste. Established in 1812, Fratelli Berretta is still family-owned, a charcuterie company with a long and distinguished tradition both in Italy and in the United States. Their Italian pancetta is salted, and seasoned with pepper and a mix of spices by their own curemaster, then left to age under strict quality controls. The result is a true, authentic Italian Pancetta.
Ingredients: pork belly rolled and flavored with pepper and garlic, dry cured with salt, dextrose, sodium erythorbate, flavoring and sodium nitrite
