Add it over creamy Camembert, or firm milky cheeses like Jarlsberg, Swiss or Cheddar. Wonderful over Italian Pecorino and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses, or Spanish Cabrales and Manchego. Utterly decadent with blue cheeses like Roquefort, Gorgonzola and Stilton and fabulous when drizzled over foie gras, pates or used as a glaze for roasted duck.
