A nice, mild flavor. I've been searching for the same kind of salmon I had while I was in Ireland and Scotland. This wasn't as fresh and clean tasting as that, but it was close. It had a slimy texture, which I supposed is a byproduct of preparing it for packaging, but I would definitely buy it again.
