One of H. Forman & Son's many secrets is in the smoking, just the perfect amount of smoke from oak logs from sustainable forests. The London Cure results in a mild smoky flavor that doesn't overpower the naturally delicious and buttery flavor of the wild salmon. This whole side allows you to slice the fish as you choose, and also preserves the flavors more fully than the sliced product.
