Danish Blue Cheese

Rich and creamy, Danish blue is made from cow's milk, with spidery blue-green veins webbing throughout. Also known as Danablu, this wonderfully creamy blue cheese is not as pungent as Roquefort, which means it's a crowd-pleasing addition to a cheese board. Buy Danish blue cheese to pair with fruits like pears and apple, and salads, or crumbled over a pasta sauce.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, bacterial culture, rennet, salt, p. roqueforti
Storage: refrigerated
Availability: Usually ships within 1 business days. Product is perishable and must ship via Overnight service.

I am a American who loves hot wings. They are only as good as the Blue Cheese Dip. I like it chunky. This cheese is robust but not overwhelming. Pieces stay firm in dip. Recommend it.

Always delicious. My absolute favorite blue cheese: for cheese board, salad, sandwiches, burgers, dips...everything. And now my neighbors love it too. Try blue cheese with grapes, you will love it.

This cheese is incredible with sweet and salty sensations. This is always my first choice for blue cheese; it can be used crumbled or in slices/chucks. The flavor is pungent and sweet/salty but not overpowering. Excellent with grapes or in salad.
