French Croissants 2.2 oz - Frozen

Enjoy fresh, flaky and buttery French Croissants worthy of any Parisian bakery in your own home every morning. These frozen croissants come from a classic French recipe created by Bridor Bakeries' master bakers. They're pre-proofed and frozen, so you can keep them in the freezer until you need them (or want them!), and cook in minutes in the oven. Perfect for restaurants, B&Bs, hotels, caterers and large events.

Cooking instructions: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the frozen croissants on the tray without thawing. Just place them directly from the freezer. Egg wash the tops, and bake in your oven for approximately 15-18 minutes until toasty brown on the top. Your french croissants are now ready for you!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter 23%, water, yeast, sugar, eggs, salt, wheat gluten, enzymes (amylases, hemicellulases), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). May contain: traces of nuts, traces of soy.
Storage: Frozen
Availability: Usually ships within 1 business days. Product is perishable and must ship via Overnight service.

Product Questions And Answers

Q: Are these croissants made in France with flour from that country? I can't eat anything made with US flour, but I can eat breads in Europe. The definition here is not specific. Thank you, Wanda
A: These croissants are made in France by Bridor. 100% French and imported into the US.

Q: What temperature and for how long should I cook these?
A: They need to be cooked at 350°F on Low Fan, for around 12-20 minutes depending on item size and over power. The oven should not be open for the first 10 minutes of cooking.
