About Old Forest Salami
A specialty Canadian product, this is a lean blend of pork meat, ground and stuffed into black casing. It is then smoked over natural beech and maple for seven days, and dried for 42. A great addition to a sandwich, or cold cut platter.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, spices, corn syrup solids, dextrose, sugar, sodium ascorbate, lactic acid starter culture, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, smoke.
