Lighter in texture (but not lower in sodium) than regular soy sauce, this Thin Soy Sauce is a Thai specialty product. It has more subtle, less rich flavor than Japanese soy sauce, and can be used as a vegetarian subsitution for Thai Fish Sauce.

Ingredients: soybean 50%, wheat flour 20%
