Sweet, floral Muscat grape is used to create Sotaroni's aromatic Sweet Muscat Vinegar. Aged for 12 years, it ferments into a soft sweet vinegar with a sour edge and a pronounced floral bouquet. Use it instead of balsamic vinegar, the flavor is similar but the color is light and clear, and won't "stain" the dish. Also great with fish and shellfish sauces.
