About Pate de Campagne with Black Pepper - Traditional
A traditional recipe with origins in the French countryside, this ‘country-style' (campagne) pâté comes has come to grace our tables, now made exclusively by Terroirs D'Antan in California. It's a thick, coarsely-textured treasure seasoned with piquant black pepper (the consistency is similar to our Pâté de Campagne Forestier). This uneven, super spread-able paste is created using seasonings and fats, added to bring out the flavor in meats. Shelf life indicated when properly refrigerated between 34° and 36°F. Consume 10 to 14 days after opening.
Ingredients: Pork meat, pork liver pate, egg white, duck meat, water, salt, red wine, milk protein, black pepper, sugar, spices, garlic.
