About White Asparagus
Very tender, these Spanish white asparagus spears are excellent for topping salads or dipped in mayo (give it a chance, the Spaniards like it!). They have a more subtle taste and aroma than green asparagus, with a more delicate texture. Packed in water and salt, drain and serve.
