Next up, goat's milk cheese; also known as "chevre" goat cheese are usually very flavorful and include favorites like Caprifeuille, Bucherondin and Crottin. Sheep's milk cheeses include buttery Manchego and grateable Pecorino Romano. Our best are imported from Spain, Portugal and Italy.
