Rocchetta

A straw colored new cheese, Rocchetta is made by Caseficio de Alta Langa, in the region of Piedmont. Soft, with a very creamy pate, Rocchetta has a delicate flavor that perfectly balances the three milks that are used to make it - goat, cheese and sheep. A smooth cheese that will pair with most wines.

Ingredients: cow milk, goat milk, sheep milk, rennet, salt
