A great blue cheese from Spain, made from goats milk, from El Sison. Its name comes from its origins in the municipality of Posada de Valdeon. It is cylindrical, con a white and thin red-yellow speckled rind. A very medium bodied cheese, soft with a white pate veined in bluish-grey. Its denomination of origin is protected by the European Community.
