Produced in Ile-de-France, this soft triple-crème cheese is made from cow's milk that has faint fragrance with a super-creamy texture. It has 75% of butterfat, which is possible by simply adding pure cream to the milk, and makes it almost unbelievably smooth and spreadable. One of Frances most popular cheeses, Explorateur exhibits a subtly salty taste. Perfect to spread on crackers and toast, Explorateur is a popular appetizer cheese.
