Edel de Cleron is a unique selection. A cows milk brie-type cheese, creamy and smooth, Edel De Cleron is almost identical to Vacherin Mont D'Or, but is wrapped with a strip of spruce bark -originally to protect the fragile cheese - for an earthy and natural flavor that is very interesting and fresh. It emanates a very refreshing aroma of trees, countryside, and grass. Beautiful to display delicious to savor.
