About Danish Blue Cheese

Rich and creamy, Danish blue is made from cow's milk, with spidery blue-green veins webbing throughout. Also known as Danablu, it's not as pungent as Roquefort. Excellent when paired with fruits like pears and apple, and salads, or crumbled over a pasta sauce.
