Mild, buttery flavor, large pearly grains. From the Huso Dauricus sturgeon, the largest freshwaster fish in the world, comes this fabulous new caviar. Kaluga spends much of it's time in saltwater, making it extremely similar to Beluga. We're thrilled to have such a close alternative to the sorely missed Beluga caviar. Large pearly eggs, buttery and mild flavor.
