About Goat's Milk Butter (pre order)

This intensely-flavored butter is made from goats milk, with an authentic rural flavor protected by the AOC (Appellation d'origine Controlee). Produced entirely on barrel-shaped churns, by the century old manufacturer Sevre & Belle in the hear of the Poitou-Charentes region on the French Atlantic coast. The lovely basket makes for a beautiful and unique presentation, and the butter has a particular "nutty" flavor.
